What we collect

Hosts (registered users) provide their name and email address via Google sign-in, and optionally a phone number for host notifications. We store the contacts they add (name and phone number) and the activities they create.

Contacts (people hosts invite) are added by the host. We store their name and phone number in order to send SMS messages on the host's behalf. We also store their opt-in status and activity responses.

How we use it

  • To send opt-in requests and activity invitations via SMS
  • To track RSVPs and manage activity spots
  • To authenticate hosts via Google OAuth
  • To notify hosts when contacts respond

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

SMS messaging

Contacts only receive messages after replying YES to an explicit opt-in request. Contacts can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. SMS delivery is handled by Twilio. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Data storage

Data is stored in a secure cloud database (Neon Postgres). We retain data for as long as the host account is active. Hosts can delete contacts at any time from their dashboard, which removes all associated data.

Third-party services

  • Google OAuth — for host authentication
  • Twilio — for SMS delivery
  • Neon — for database hosting
  • Vercel — for application hosting
